Return Policy
Return Timeframe & Conditions
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase shipment date for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be unused, unlaundered, undamaged, in original packaging, and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with our policy.
Special Brand Policies
FRETTE BOUTIQUE POLICY: All Frette items may be returned for exchange only - no cash refunds or store credit available. Since we source Frette products directly from their Aspen boutique location, we are bound by their exchange policy. All other return conditions apply (30 days, unused, original packaging with hangtags attached, original packing slip required).
Inspection & Refund Process
Upon return, all items are inspected to verify they meet our return conditions. Items found to be used, damaged, or substituted with another company's product will not be refunded and will not be returned to the customer.
Restocking Fees:
- Items returned without original packaging: 20% restocking fee
- Items showing signs of use: We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee or decline credit entirely
Return Authorization & Shipping
When returning items:
- Include your return authorization number and original packing slip
- Use the provided prepaid FedEx return label
- Keep tracking information - we are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery
- For items over $50, consider trackable shipping or insurance
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving your returned product in the same form of payment originally used. Refunds include item cost plus applicable sales tax. Original shipping fees and shipping taxes are non-refundable.
Customer Responsibility
Returns for buyer remorse, ordering errors, or preference changes are accepted within our 30-day timeframe at the buyer's expense.
Shipping Instructions
- Remove any previous tracking labels
- Affix the prepaid return label squarely on the address side
- Cover any previous addresses/barcodes completely
