REQUIRED INFORMATION:
  • Name of company
  • Billing and shipping address
  • Contact name & title
  • Email address & phone number 
  • URL of vacation rental home, inn, B & B, or hotel on a published site.


VERIFYING DOCUMENTS


Please send a copy of the following verifying documents to complete your application. Valid documents are required to qualify. and they should be one of the following:
  • A current business or state professional license.
  • Resale or sales tax certificate - mandatory if claiming tax-exempt status.*
  • Link to vacation home rental listing on published rental site.

Other supporting documents may include:

  • Proof of ASID or AIA membership.
  • Interior design certification (NCIDQ, CCIDC).



*TAX EXEMPTION RESALE CERTIFICATION

If your company has a resale certificate to receive tax exemption status, you must provide a valid and active resale certificate issued by your state whereby the name of purchaser on the certificate matches the company name on this application. A business tax ID or retail certificate is not a valid document for tax exemption.
